We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to return an item

  • You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. You don't need to give a reason.
  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging, including the ALBA & NORS box.
  • To start a return, email us at info@albanorsjewelry.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
  • Unless the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, the cost of sending it back is paid by you. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we'll email you and issue your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it.
  • We refund the amount you actually paid for the returned items. If they were bought with a promotion (for example, 4 pieces for $99 or a spend-based discount), the refund is the discounted price you paid for those items.
  • Standard shipping is free. The fees for Protected Shipping and Express delivery are not refundable once the order has shipped, unless you return the whole order because it was damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at info@albanorsjewelry.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, including any shipping fees you paid.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the item you have and place a new order.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing us. Once it has shipped, please follow the return process above.

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day return period includes and extends this right. To withdraw, just send us a clear statement by email. This policy does not affect any other rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
